- Leading quality improvement initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency and patient outcomes
- Guiding and mentoring others, sharing knowledge and contributing to a collaborative clinical culture
- Let's Talk About You
You bring both technical excellence and genuine care to your work. You value integrity, accuracy and compassion, and take pride in contributing to care that improves lives. You're confident working independently, comfortable leading through influence, and motivated by helping others grow. You want to work in a service where dignity, innovation and courage are part of everyday practice.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Registration as an accredited sonographer, with a recognised postgraduate qualification in cardiac ultrasound (completed or in progress)
- Advanced experience in echocardiography and cardiac investigations, including complex presentations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate, mentor and lead within multidisciplinary teams
- A commitment to evidence‑based practice, continuous improvement and professional development
You'll stand out if you've led service improvement initiatives and/or worked in regional or diverse healthcare settings.
