As a Dental Technician - Senior, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dental prosthetics and technical solutions that directly support patient care across the service. From solving complex technical challenges to guiding team workflows, you'll contribute to outcomes that improve both patient experience and clinical efficiency.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering advanced dental laboratory work with precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality outcomes for patient care
- Solving complex technical issues independently while advising clinicians and colleagues on best practice approaches
- Supporting and mentoring team members, helping build capability and a strong, collaborative lab environment
- Driving workflow efficiency by prioritising tasks and contributing to service improvements that enhance delivery

- Recognised qualification as a Dental Technician in Australia
- Proven ability to deliver a wide range of dental laboratory services with autonomy
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and prioritise workflows
- A collaborative mindset with experience supporting or mentoring others
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working in busy or regional dental services and/or a passion for continuous improvement in technical practices.
