What your day could look like
As a Medical Records Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring clinicians have the right information at the right time. From maintaining accurate records to supporting patient flow across the hospital, your work helps deliver safe, timely care for the community.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Ensuring patient records are accurate, accessible and delivered where they're needed most, enabling seamless care
- Supporting clinical teams by managing both digital and paper-based records systems with efficiency and care
- Prioritising urgent requests and coordinating record movements to keep appointments and treatments on track
- Building strong working relationships while delivering responsive, courteous service across the hospital

- Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive information
- Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Office applications
