What your day could look like
As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to older people, helping them maintain their wellbeing and independence. From coordinating care plans to guiding team members, you'll be part of a team focused on safe, person-centred outcomes that truly matter.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering holistic, evidence-based care that improves residents' health, comfort and quality of life
- Partnering with multidisciplinary teams to plan, review and optimise care outcomes
- Providing clinical guidance and support to nurses and care staff, building confidence and capability
- Strengthening quality and safety by identifying risks, improving systems and contributing to better care practices
Let's talk about you!
You're a nurse who combines clinical confidence with genuine compassion. You take pride in making thoughtful decisions, supporting others, and creating a calm, respectful environment for those in your care. You bring dignity and integrity to every interaction, and you're motivated to keep growing while contributing to a team that values innovation and courage in improving care.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Demonstrated clinical experience and knowledge in aged care practice
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- A proactive approach to clinical judgement, safety and continuous improvement
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in rural or residential aged care settings and/or postgraduate study in aged care or a related field.
Most importantly, you'll bring a genuine commitment to improving the lives of older people while living the values of compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
In this role, your care and leadership will shape safer, more connected experiences for residents and strengthen the wellbeing of the community.
