As a Registered Nurse in Community Aged Care, you'll play a vital role in helping people stay safe, well, and independent in their own homes. From delivering personalised care to partnering with a multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to better health outcomes and stronger community connections.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safe, quality care
You'll stand out if you bring experience in community or aged care settings and/or additional study in areas such as aged care, palliative care, or continence management. Most importantly, you're passionate about improving lives and supporting people to remain connected to their community.
