What your day could look like
As an Administration Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive timely access to specialist care. From coordinating referrals through to supporting clinicians and patients, your work helps keep services running smoothly while contributing to better health outcomes across the community.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Coordinating referral intake and maintaining accurate waitlists to support timely patient care
- Communicating with patients, clinicians and service providers to resolve enquiries and ensure continuity of care
- Managing high-volume data entry across multiple systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting team operations by contributing to audits, reporting and process improvements that enhance service delivery
