What your day could look like
As Pharmacy Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality care to patients across the region. From guiding your team through complex clinical decisions to strengthening medication practices, you'll help shape services that improve outcomes for both patients and staff.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Leading advanced clinical pharmacy practice that improves patient outcomes and medication safety
- Supporting and developing your team through mentoring, coaching, and shared learning
- Driving service improvements and governance initiatives that strengthen quality and consistency of care
- Partnering with multidisciplinary teams across sites to deliver connected, patient-focused services

You're a confident and compassionate pharmacy professional who enjoys leading others and making a meaningful impact. You think critically, communicate clearly, and bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to complex situations. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a pharmacist with relevant tertiary qualifications
- Strong clinical experience with the ability to lead and influence safe medication practices
- Proven leadership capability, including mentoring and team development
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in rural or regional healthcare settings and/or postgraduate study in a relevant field.
