- Leading and supporting the assistant workforce through mentoring, task coordination and shared learning
- Driving improvements by contributing to team initiatives, quality activities and better ways of working
Let's talk about you!
You're someone who brings both care and capability to your work. You're confident working within your scope, take pride in supporting others, and thrive in a team environment where collaboration truly matters. You enjoy stepping up, sharing your knowledge and helping improve how care is delivered, knowing your contribution makes a real difference in people's lives.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)
- Proven ability to support clinical care under direction in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a clear understanding of scope of practice
- Well-developed organisation and initiative to manage workload effectively
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience mentoring others or working in community, aged care or virtual health settings.
Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage into every interaction—helping shape care that truly puts people first. In this role, your impact will be felt in stronger teams, better care experiences and healthier communities.
