As Principal Project Manager - Construction, you'll play a key role in delivering projects that enhance healthcare environments and support better experiences for patients, staff and communities. From guiding major capital works to building strong partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups, you'll help turn strategic priorities into high-quality outcomes that leave a lasting impact.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Extensive experience leading complex construction or infrastructure projects from planning through to delivery.
- Strong project management, financial management and risk management capability.
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships.
- A collaborative leadership style that reflects compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have a qualification in a construction-related discipline such as architecture, engineering or a similar field, and/or experience delivering major projects in large, complex organisations.
