What your day could look like

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play an important role in supporting people receiving mental health care to achieve the best possible outcomes. Working alongside Registered Nurses and a multidisciplinary team, you'll help deliver safe, evidence-based care while building trusting relationships that support recovery, wellbeing and dignity.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Delivering high-quality nursing care that promotes recovery, safety and positive patient experiences.
  • Monitoring patient wellbeing, sharing clinical observations and contributing to care planning that supports individual needs and goals.
  • Working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, responsive and person-centred care.
  • Supporting a culture of continuous improvement through safe practice, quality care initiatives and professional learning.

Let's talk about you!

You're someone who brings both skill and genuine care to every interaction. Calm under pressure and guided by compassion, integrity and courage, you understand the difference thoughtful nursing care can make in a person's recovery journey. You value teamwork, communicate with respect and dignity, and take pride in helping people feel supported, safe and heard. You're motivated to keep learning, contribute positively to your team and make a meaningful impact every day.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions and eligibility to practise in Australia.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide safe, evidence-based nursing care within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication, observation and clinical judgement skills, with a commitment to person-centred care.
  • A collaborative mindset and dedication to professional development, quality improvement and patient safety.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in mental health settings and/or additional training in intravenous medication administration.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about mental health care, committed to improving lives and ready to grow within a team that values Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage.
