What your day could look like

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you'll help people stay active, independent and well across hospital, community and residential care settings. Working with a collaborative team, you'll provide expert care, support service improvements and contribute to better outcomes for patients, families and rural communities.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Delivering advanced physiotherapy care that supports recovery, independence and quality of life.
  • Partnering with multidisciplinary teams, patients and families to achieve coordinated, person-centred outcomes.
  • Leading quality improvement initiatives that enhance services and patient experiences.
  • Mentoring clinicians, students and support staff while promoting a culture of learning and excellence.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Current registration as a Physiotherapist and relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Experience delivering physiotherapy services across varied clinical settings and patient groups.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead service improvements and support a positive team culture.

You'll stand out if you have experience in rural or regional healthcare and/or a background in clinical supervision, mentoring or service development.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone passionate about improving health outcomes, strengthening community connections and making a lasting difference through person-centred care.
