- Eligibility for professional social work membership and the ability to meet relevant practice requirements.
- Significant experience delivering high-quality social work and mental health services in complex clinical environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- A proven ability to lead improvement initiatives, support others and apply evidence-informed practice.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working in acute mental health or crisis response settings and/or additional training in mental health, supervision or clinical leadership.
Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage to every interaction, helping deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes for the community.
