What your day could look like

As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver safe, person-centred care that improves health outcomes across the community. Working closely with patients, families and colleagues, you'll help create positive experiences and contribute to continuous improvement in care delivery.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Delivering comprehensive nursing care that supports safe, effective and positive patient outcomes.
  • Partnering with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible care experience.
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve quality, safety and care delivery within the clinical environment.

  • Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated clinical nursing skills and the ability to deliver evidence-based care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative, patient-focused approach.
  • Commitment to quality, safety and ongoing professional development.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate study relevant to your practice area and/or experience working across rural, regional or diverse healthcare settings.
