As a Clinical Midwife - Caseload, you'll support women and families through one of life's most important journeys. Working in a continuity of care model, you'll build trusted relationships, deliver high-quality maternity care, and contribute to positive outcomes across your community.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Providing personalised, evidence-based care across pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period.
  • Coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to support safe maternity experiences.
  • Mentoring colleagues and students while fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Contributing to quality improvement and innovation that strengthens maternity services and outcomes.

Let's talk about you!

You're a compassionate and capable midwife who thrives on building genuine connections with women, families and colleagues. You bring sound clinical judgement, confidence in autonomous practice, and a commitment to delivering respectful, woman-centred care. You'll take pride in supporting families through life-changing moments while contributing to a culture shaped by Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage. You're not just looking for your next role, you're looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community that values your expertise.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Strong clinical capability across the maternity continuum with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills that support collaboration and advocacy.
  • The ability to work autonomously, manage priorities effectively and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in continuity of care or caseload midwifery and/or postgraduate qualifications relevant to midwifery practice.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional maternity care and creating positive experiences for women, babies and families.
