What your day could look like

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll play an important role in delivering quality care that supports patients, families and the broader community. From contributing to care plans to working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals, you'll help create positive health outcomes while being part of a team that values collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care that supports positive patient outcomes.
  • Working with nurses and multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, person-centred care.
  • Monitoring patient progress, sharing clinical insights and supporting timely care decisions.
  • Supporting a culture of safety, learning and improvement through knowledge sharing and collaboration.

  • Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as an Enrolled Nurse without medication restrictions.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide safe, evidence-based nursing care in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-focused approach.
  • Commitment to professional development, learning and quality improvement.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in rural or regional healthcare settings and/or additional training in intravenous medication administration.
