What your day could look like

As Supervisor Hygiene Services, you'll help ensure healthcare environments remain safe, clean and welcoming for patients, visitors and staff. From supporting team performance to driving high standards across daily operations, you'll work with a dedicated team to deliver services that make a meaningful difference across the health service.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Leading and supporting hygiene services staff to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across the facility.
  • Building a positive team culture through coaching, training and clear communication that helps people perform at their best.
  • Monitoring service standards, workplace safety and operational priorities to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinating rostering, workforce planning and day-to-day operations to keep services running smoothly and effectively.

  • Experience leading or supervising operational, cleaning, facilities or support service teams.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience training and developing frontline teams and/or a track record of improving service quality, workplace processes or team performance.
