As a Maintenance Planner, you'll help ensure critical health facilities and equipment are maintained, reliable and ready to support patient care. From planning preventative maintenance programs to improving asset information and working with contractors, you'll contribute to services that keep healthcare environments operating at their best.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Developing maintenance plans that improve asset performance, reliability and compliance.
- Partnering with teams and service providers to coordinate works and deliver efficient maintenance outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate asset and maintenance data to support informed planning and decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and long-term infrastructure performance.
Let's talk about you!
You're someone who enjoys turning complex information into practical solutions and takes pride in keeping essential services running smoothly. You lead with integrity, communicate with confidence and build positive relationships across diverse teams. You'll feel proud knowing your planning and coordination help create safe, reliable environments for patients, staff and the wider community. You're not just here to maintain assets, you're here to improve services, solve problems and create lasting impact.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Experience in maintenance planning, asset management or facilities/infrastructure environments.
- Strong skills in maintenance systems, scheduling, data quality and reporting.
- The ability to collaborate with stakeholders, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, service excellence and results.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working with enterprise asset management systems and/or a background in healthcare, infrastructure or complex operational environments.
Above all, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage to everything you do.
Together, your work will help deliver reliable infrastructure that supports exceptional healthcare across the Darling Downs.
