As Team Lead Digital Solutions, you'll help turn digital ideas into practical solutions that support healthcare teams and communities across the region. From leading technical specialists to guiding complex initiatives, you'll play a key role in delivering technology that enables better services and stronger organisational outcomes.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Leading the delivery of digital solutions that are secure, fit for purpose and aligned with future needs.
- Empowering a team of technical specialists through coaching, collaboration and capability development.
- Managing priorities, risks and resources to achieve quality outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Building trusted stakeholder relationships that support informed decisions, successful change and lasting results.
Let's talk about you!
You're a people-focused technology leader who combines technical expertise with strong judgement, curiosity and a commitment to service excellence. You know how to bring teams together, navigate complexity and create confidence during change. Whether you're supporting a major digital initiative or developing future talent, you'll take pride in delivering solutions that make a meaningful difference. You lead with Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage, and you're motivated by the opportunity to improve experiences for both staff and communities.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Experience leading high-performing ICT teams in a complex environment.
- Strong knowledge across digital solutions, infrastructure, applications or related technologies.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects, manage change and balance competing priorities.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and/or expertise across multiple ICT domains.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about using technology to create positive outcomes, strengthen services and support healthier communities.
