What your day could look like
As an Administration Officer, you'll help keep key financial and administrative services running smoothly, ensuring patients, customers and teams receive timely and accurate support. You'll work closely with colleagues to deliver reliable outcomes that strengthen service delivery across the health service.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering responsive customer service and resolving enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Supporting billing, receipting and revenue activities that uphold financial accuracy.
- Maintaining reliable records and information systems that support efficient operations.
- Identifying process improvements and working with colleagues to enhance outcomes.

- Experience in administration, customer service or finance support.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in healthcare, revenue or financial administration, and/or knowledge of financial or patient management systems.
