What your day could look like

As an Allied Health Assistant, you'll help people build confidence, independence and meaningful recovery outcomes. Working alongside passionate health professionals, you'll contribute to care that is rewarding, person-centred and genuinely impactful.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Helping people achieve greater independence, wellbeing and recovery goals.
  • Delivering engaging individual and group activities that build confidence and participation.
  • Partnering with allied health professionals to create positive patient outcomes.
  • Supporting improvements that enhance care, experiences and recovery journeys.

Let's talk about you!

You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people succeed. You bring warmth, positivity and accountability to every interaction while contributing to a team that supports one another. You understand that recovery is about helping people reconnect with what matters most.

You'll thrive in this role if you're motivated by seeing progress, celebrating small wins and making a lasting difference. You don't just complete tasks, you build trust, encourage growth and help people move forward.

Here's what will help you shine:

  • Experience supporting people in health, rehabilitation, disability or community settings.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Excellent organisation skills, initiative and a proactive approach to work.
  • A commitment to learning and delivering high-quality care.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have a Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, and/or experience in mental health, rehabilitation or recovery-focused services.

Most importantly, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage, helping people achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

Make an impact that matters by helping people build brighter futures, one step at a time.
