What your day will look like….
You'll assess nutritional needs, develop care plans, and provide tailored interventions to residents across facilities in Toowoomba and the wider region. You'll collaborate with colleagues, contribute to service improvements, and mentor students or junior staff. Whether guiding a resident through dietary changes or supporting a team discussion, your work will reflect the values of compassion, integrity and dignity that guide Darling Downs Health.
