About the role

The Director Support (DSO) operates with a high degree of independence and comprehensive administrative support for the Director of the Division within Clinical Performance & Patient Flow.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

  • Competent in the use of contemporary word processing, spread sheeting, database and other information systems ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed problem solving, consultation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish work priorities to meet deadlines without the need for direct supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive matters appropriately.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the possession of tact, diplomacy, and discretion in dealing with staff and the public.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team and adapt to a changing work environment.
