As a Nurse Unit Manager, you'll play a vital role in strengthening care delivery for the Goondiwindi community. - Current registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant clinical experience.
- Strong leadership capability, including people management and team development.
- Confidence using clinical and operational systems to support informed decision‑making.
- Experience contributing to quality, safety and service improvement initiatives.
You'll stand out if you bring experience in rural health settings and/or postgraduate studies in nursing, management or health leadership.
