What your day could look like
As an Administration Officer – Corporate Support, you'll help ensure the day‑to‑day operations of our health services run seamlessly. Your work supports clinical and non‑clinical teams to focus on what matters most—delivering safe, compassionate care to the community. Working alongside a supportive facilities team, you'll contribute to outcomes that are felt across the hospital and beyond.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Keeping essential services moving through accurate, timely administrative support
- Being a welcoming first point of contact, connecting people with the right service
- Supporting operational efficiency through smart coordination and problem‑solving
- Identifying improvements that strengthen systems, teamwork and service delivery
Let's talk about you!
You're someone who brings organisation, empathy and confidence into everything you do. You take pride in being dependable, adaptable and professional—especially when things get busy. You understand that strong administration underpins great healthcare, and you're motivated by knowing your work helps teams serve the community with dignity and care. You act with integrity, treat everyone with respect, and aren't afraid to show initiative when it counts.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Proven experience in office or administrative support roles
- Confidence using digital systems and learning new applications quickly
- Strong communication skills and a professional, people‑focused approach
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities and handle sensitive information
You'll stand out if you have experience in healthcare, facilities, fleet coordination or large, fast‑paced organisations.
Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage to your work—helping create a service our community can rely on.
This role makes a real difference by strengthening the foundations that great healthcare is built on.
