You will receive a competitive remuneration package value from $322,444 (L18) up to $400,217 (L27) comprising salary rates between $103.79 (L18) and $131.60 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value. This is a permanent part time, 64 hours per fortnight role.

As Clinical Director BreastScreen, you'll play a key role in advancing early detection and breast health outcomes for women across the region. By leading expert clinical care and shaping service performance, your work directly impacts patients, teams and community confidence.

  • Leading safe, high‑quality breast screening and assessment services aligned to national standards.
  • Supporting a multidisciplinary team through complex clinical decisions with clarity and care.
  • Driving service improvement, innovation and research that enhances patient experience.
  • Partnering with leaders and clinicians to strengthen strategy, performance and workforce sustainability.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Medical registration in Australia with specialist experience in breast health or screening services.
  • Strong clinical leadership capability, including managing complex cases and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to improve service quality, safety and performance through collaboration.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in breast screening leadership and/or advanced training in medical administration or breast medicine.
