What your day could look like
As Assistant Supply Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting patient care by keeping supply operations running smoothly across our health service. From ensuring wards are stocked to helping teams navigate supply systems, your work enables clinicians to focus on what matters most—caring for people. You'll be part of a close‑knit team that values collaboration, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Ensuring critical clinical and non‑clinical supplies are received, organised, and available where they're needed
- Supporting hospitals and services through responsive advice, problem‑solving, and a trusted supply helpdesk
- Maintaining accurate stock and replenishment systems that improve efficiency and reduce disruption
- Sharing ideas and supporting improvements that enhance safety, service quality, and customer experience
Let's talk about you!
You're practical, service‑driven, and take pride in work that quietly makes a big difference. You value doing things properly, supporting others, and being someone your team can rely on. You'll feel proud knowing your work helps patients receive timely care and supports staff to do their best work. Guided by compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation, and courage, you bring care and accountability to everything you do.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Experience in supply, warehousing, logistics, or a customer‑focused operational environment
- Confidence using computerised systems and handling data accurately
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, adaptable mindset
- A current C class driver licence and willingness to support service needs
You'll stand out if you bring experience with healthcare supply systems or relevant supply qualifications.
In this role, your impact is tangible—keeping services connected and care flowing, every single day.
