What your day could look like
As Clinical Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in shaping how mental health care is delivered across the region. From guiding evidence-based programs to strengthening collaboration across teams, you'll help create meaningful, recovery-focused outcomes for patients and the community.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Leading and refining mental health programs that improve patient recovery outcomes across inpatient and community care
- Partnering with multidisciplinary teams, consumers, and families to deliver thoughtful, person-centred care
- Driving service improvements through data insights, quality initiatives, and practical innovation
- Supporting and mentoring others while influencing service direction and clinical best practice

- Relevant tertiary qualification and current professional registration
- Strong experience delivering and coordinating evidence-based mental health services

- Demonstrated ability to lead improvement initiatives and support team capability
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in complex service environments or additional training in mental health practice or leadership.
