As a Registered Nurse in Community Aged Care, you'll play a vital role in helping people stay safe, well, and independent in their own homes. From delivering personalised care to partnering with a multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to better health outcomes and stronger community connections.

  • Delivering holistic, evidence-informed care that supports wellbeing and independence
  • Partnering with clients, families, and health professionals to shape meaningful care plans
  • Using sound clinical judgement to guide safe, high-quality decision making
  • Strengthening care quality through continuous improvement, education, and teamwork

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia
  • Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safe, quality care

You'll stand out if you bring experience in community or aged care settings and/or additional study in areas such as aged care, palliative care, or continence management. Most importantly, you're passionate about improving lives and supporting people to remain connected to their community.
