What your day could look like
As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you'll play a vital role in improving communication and swallowing outcomes for people across the region. From managing complex caseloads to influencing how services evolve, you'll work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver meaningful, person-centred care and drive better health outcomes.

- Delivering advanced assessment, diagnosis and intervention across varied and complex caseloads
- Partnering with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes
- Leading service improvements and shaping innovative, evidence-based care approaches
- Mentoring clinicians and contributing to workforce capability and clinical excellence

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current professional certification
- Proven experience delivering high-level care across varied settings and caseloads
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead improvements and apply evidence-based practice
You'll stand out from the crowd if you bring rural or broad generalist experience and/or advanced training or postgraduate study. Most importantly, you're driven to deliver impactful care, support others and contribute to stronger, healthier communities through compassion, integrity and innovation.
