You're someone who brings both skill and heart to your work. You take pride in helping people achieve meaningful progress, no matter how small, and understand the importance of dignity, compassion and respect in every interaction. You communicate clearly, follow guidance confidently, and contribute positively to a team that supports each other and the community. You're motivated by seeing people regain independence and know your role plays a key part in that journey.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Health Services Assistance, or equivalent
- Ability to deliver safe, effective care under direction within a team environment
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to person-centred care
- Awareness of safety, infection control and quality standards in healthcare
You'll stand out if you bring experience in rehabilitation, community or aged care settings and a proactive approach to learning and development.
Most importantly, you're passionate about supporting others, committed to making a positive impact, and guided by compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage in everything you do.
In this role, your care and teamwork will directly support people to live more independently and confidently.
