- Leading service improvements that enhance care delivery across hospital-at-home and inpatient services
- Mentoring team members and contributing to a culture of learning, innovation and clinical excellence
Let's talk about you!
You bring both expertise and empathy to your work, with the confidence to manage complex clinical situations and the compassion to truly connect with patients and families. You're someone who values collaboration, takes initiative, and looks for opportunities to improve how care is delivered. You'll feel proud knowing your work helps older people stay safe, independent and supported in their community.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a Physiotherapist with relevant professional body
- Strong clinical experience managing complex caseloads with autonomy
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
- Ability to lead improvement initiatives and support others' development
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in geriatric, community or virtual care settings and/or postgraduate study or advanced training in physiotherapy practice.
