You take pride in seeing transformation land well—where people feel informed, capable and supported. You're not just managing change, you're shaping how it's experienced and sustained.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Proven experience leading complex, large-scale organisational change
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Leadership capability that builds high-performing, adaptable teams
- Expertise in contemporary change, communication and engagement practices

Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage—helping create change that truly benefits people and communities.
