What your day could look like
As a Senior Podiatrist, you'll play a vital role in improving health outcomes for people with complex foot and lower limb conditions. From delivering advanced clinical care to shaping how services evolve, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create safer, more effective care experiences across the region.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering advanced, evidence-informed care that improves outcomes for high-risk patients
- Collaborating with clinicians and stakeholders to support coordinated, patient-centred care
- Leading service improvements that strengthen quality, efficiency and clinical standards
- Mentoring and supporting colleagues and students to build capability across the team
Let's talk about you!
You're a confident and compassionate clinician who leads through both expertise and example. You know how to adapt your approach to complex situations, communicate with clarity, and bring people together to improve outcomes. Whether you're supporting a patient through a critical moment or guiding a colleague's development, you take pride in making a genuine difference every day.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a Podiatrist with recognised professional body
- Strong experience managing complex foot and lower limb conditions with autonomy
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Confidence in leading quality improvement and contributing to service development
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in regional or high-risk clinical settings and/or postgraduate study or advanced clinical training. Most importantly, you're passionate about delivering impactful care, building strong relationships, and embracing the opportunities that come with regional practice.
In this role, you'll help deliver care that reflects compassion, integrity and innovation, improving health outcomes across the community.
