What your day could look like
As Director Podiatry and Exercise Physiology, you'll play a critical role in strengthening how care is delivered across a regional network. From setting strategic direction to guiding teams and services, you'll help ensure patients receive safe, high-quality, and connected care across communities.

- Leading service direction, ensuring care is integrated, efficient and aligned to health priorities
- Empowering multidisciplinary teams through strong leadership, workforce planning and capability growth

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Relevant tertiary qualification with current professional registration or accreditation
- Proven experience leading large or multi-site health services or teams
- Strong strategic, operational and clinical leadership capability
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate widely
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in health management or a clinical specialty, and experience working in complex or regional healthcare environments.
