What your day could look like
As a Clinical Nurse – Clinical Trials Coordinator, you'll play a key role in advancing cancer care through research and innovation. From guiding patients through clinical trials to partnering with multidisciplinary teams, you'll help deliver safe, ethical and high-quality care that creates real impact.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Coordinating oncology clinical trials to ensure safe, compliant and patient-centred care
- Partnering with clinicians and researchers to deliver seamless trial experiences
- Leading study processes, from patient enrolment through to monitoring outcomes
- Driving improvements that strengthen research practice and patient care delivery

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid practising certificate
- Experience in clinical trials, oncology care or research coordination
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of research governance, ethics and clinical trial standards
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have completed additional clinical trial training and/or specialised oncology education.
Most importantly, you're passionate about improving patient outcomes through research, and ready to make a lasting impact in a regional health setting grounded in compassion, dignity and innovation.
