What your day could look like
As a Clinical Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting people experiencing mental health challenges to achieve recovery and wellbeing in a community setting. From leading clinical decisions to working with a multidisciplinary team, you'll help deliver safe, person-centred care that makes a real difference.

You're a confident, compassionate clinician who thrives on making a difference. You bring clinical expertise and leadership, knowing when to step forward and when to support others. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the appropriate Australian authority
- Experience in mental health care, including assessment, care planning and case management
- Ability to think critically, manage risk and make sound clinical decisions
- Effective communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
You'll stand out if you have postgraduate mental health qualifications and/or experience in rural or community settings. Most importantly, you're passionate about improving mental health outcomes and ready to make a real difference.
