As a Clinical Nurse Consultant – Aged Care, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care for older people while supporting clinical excellence across the service. From guiding best-practice care to influencing quality and safety outcomes, you'll work with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to make a meaningful difference every day.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate.
- Strong experience in aged care nursing and contemporary clinical practice.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of quality, compliance and clinical governance principles, with a focus on improving outcomes.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in nursing, aged care, health administration or management and/or experience leading service improvement initiatives in residential aged care.
