What your day could look like
As an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Practice, you'll play an important role in supporting patients, families and the broader health service through safe, evidence-based care. From delivering advanced nursing support to guiding colleagues and students, you'll work as part of a collaborative team focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for the community.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering advanced nursing care that promotes safe, effective and person-centred health outcomes.
- Supporting patients and families through education, communication and compassionate care.
- Mentoring enrolled nurses, students and assistants in nursing to strengthen capability across the team.
- Driving quality and safety initiatives that enhance care standards and improve service delivery.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical nursing skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Strong communication, mentoring and relationship-building skills.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have an Advanced Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent), experience in aged care or rural health settings, and a passion for developing the capability of others.
