What your day could look like

As a Maintenance Planner, you'll help ensure critical health facilities and equipment are maintained, reliable and ready to support patient care. From planning preventative maintenance programs to improving asset information and working with contractors, you'll contribute to services that keep healthcare environments operating at their best.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Developing maintenance plans that improve asset performance, reliability and compliance.
  • Partnering with teams and service providers to coordinate works and deliver efficient maintenance outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate asset and maintenance data to support informed planning and decision-making.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and long-term infrastructure performance.

  • Experience in maintenance planning, asset management or facilities/infrastructure environments.
  • Strong skills in maintenance systems, scheduling, data quality and reporting.
  • The ability to collaborate with stakeholders, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, service excellence and results.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working with enterprise asset management systems and/or a background in healthcare, infrastructure or complex operational environments.
