What your day could look like

As Team Lead Digital Solutions, you'll help turn digital ideas into practical solutions that support healthcare teams and communities across the region. From leading technical specialists to guiding complex initiatives, you'll play a key role in delivering technology that enables better services and stronger organisational outcomes.

  • Leading the delivery of digital solutions that are secure, fit for purpose and aligned with future needs.

  • Managing priorities, risks and resources to achieve quality outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets.

  • Experience leading high-performing ICT teams in a complex environment.
  • Strong knowledge across digital solutions, infrastructure, applications or related technologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects, manage change and balance competing priorities.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and/or expertise across multiple ICT domains.
