🚀 What You'll Be Doing
In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based medical care across Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service facilities, working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will manage a diverse patient caseload, support acute and chronic disease management, coordinate continuity of care, and contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of local communities.
The role also includes maintaining accurate clinical records, participating in quality improvement activities, and supporting the supervision and development of junior medical staff and students. Working closely with medical leadership, you will contribute to service development, health equity initiatives, and culturally responsive care that meets the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
