  • Building trusted partnerships with families, carers, schools and service providers to create coordinated and person-centred care.
  • Providing clinical leadership, mentoring and guidance that strengthens team capability and quality care delivery.
  • Driving continuous improvement through safe practice, quality initiatives and effective use of clinical information systems.

Let's Talk About You

You're a compassionate and capable clinician who brings confidence, curiosity and sound judgement to your work. You thrive in collaborative environments, build meaningful relationships and stay focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for children, young people and their families. You'll take pride in supporting recovery, strengthening community connections and making a genuine difference where it matters most.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Experience in child, youth or mental health service delivery, including assessment, care coordination and case management.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills across multidisciplinary and community settings.
  • Ability to apply clinical reasoning, manage risk and deliver safe, high-quality care in complex situations.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in mental health nursing and/or a recognised mental health nursing credential.

Most importantly, you'll bring Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage to every interaction, helping create better outcomes for young people, families and communities.
