    We are seeking Expressions of Interest for Independent Chairpersons to join the Valuation Objection Conference Board! You will play a pivotal role in facilitating objection conferences under the Land Valuation Act 2010. These conferences aim to resolve disputes over land valuations exceeding $5 million through constructive negotiations and open information exchange.

    As an Independent Chairperson, you will ensure conferences are conducted efficiently, fairly, and in compliance with the Act. Your responsibilities will include facilitating discussions, issuing notices, coordinating conferences, providing recommendations, and reporting to the Valuer-General.

    We’re looking for skilled professionals with strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities, along with experience in property, land valuation, law, or dispute resolution.
