The position is responsible for ensuring the development and further enhancement of T2S across the full continuum of Youth Justice service settings, with the aim of supporting young people to transition away from formal justice intervention and to reduce their reoffending.

    Transition to Success (T2S) is an evidence-based program that is effective in reducing youth offending. Developed in Queensland, T2S is a vocational training and therapeutic service that provides at-risk young people aged 15-17 with the opportunity to re-engage with education and training and equips them with the skills to access and maintain employment.
