    ▪ operating complex computer systems within a multi-screen computer environment;
    ▪ employing both assertiveness and empathy when speaking to the caller;
    ▪ triaging incoming calls for assistance utilising a systematic script in order to determine the likely severity of the patient
    ▪ dispatching and managing multiple resource responses simultaneously;
    ▪ maintaining a high level of situational operational awareness;
    ▪ continually reflecting on operational practice; and
    ▪ maintaining fitness for duty

    The role of the Community Education Instructor is to deliver and enhance community education through first aid instruction, training, quality assurance of course content and delivery, and mentoring of other first aid instructors.

    The position primarly undertakes and delivers accredited and non-accredited first aid training, community education activities, and provides advice to industry representatives and the community on first aid preparedness.

    The Community Education Instructor provides high quality training and educational services tailored to meet community needs and expectations, which reflect contemporary patient care standards to ensure the education and clinical governance objectives of the QAS are met.

    The Support Officer is responsible for the efficient and confidential administrative and business support services to the Executive Manager, Clinical Hub and to the broader work unit.

    The role is responsible for the coordination and management of correspondence and requests for information and provides support with a wide range of administrative, financial and human resource (HR) management processing activities including invoicing, payroll assistance, diary and travel management, records management, ministerial correspondence and general administrative support duties.

    The Support Officer plays an important role in maintaining a range of the Clinical Hub’s information systems and provides advice to key internal and external stakeholders regarding the Clinical Hub’s operations and processes.
