As the Peer Coach (Customer Service) you will support the delivery of high quality services to clients by providing job coaching to LAQ’s Customer Service Officers/Client Information Officers. Both Customer Service Officers/Client Information Officers attend the front counters and help people identify their legal problems, explain their legal rights and responsibilities and provide information about how to apply for a grant of legal aid. They also assess whether people need further legal help and can organise for them to be booked in for legal advice with a lawyer. You will be involved in the delivery of training to Customer Service Officers/Client Information Officers including their initial training program and an ongoing program of training and development.
