The review’s final report focused on achieving business excellence across four priority areas: performance, alignment, capability and engagement. To date, QCAT has made good progress on implementing all recommendations of the review.

    The Principal Project Officer will co-ordinate and support the implementation of the of the outstanding review recommendations, focusing on assisting the QCAT leadership team delivering business improvements across QCAT’s operations. This position will also work alongside consultants engaged by QCAT.

In this role, via your day-to-day work, as a Court Services Officer, you may be exposed to information about offending behaviours, criminal activity and other explicit, distressing or offensive content. Court Services Queensland has a range of strategies in place to help prevent vicarious trauma and support staff who experience vicarious trauma as a result of their work.
