Operating from within the Accommodation Unit, you will deliver a broad range of office accommodation activities, projects and services. This includes policy and procedure development and review, lease management, capital and minor works related office fit-outs and refurbishments, office relocations, maintenance and coordination of site services (including cleaning, pest control, security, etc) at a range of CBD and regional locations throughout Queensland. The role is expected to operate in accordance with accommodation related legislation, policies, standards and frameworks.
The role is flexible and there may be a requirement to travel to regional centres and offices from time to time which may also require overnight stays.
When office relocations are being undertaken, there may also be an occasional requirement to be available for after-hours work including on weekends.
