This is a unique opportunity to establish yourself as a Ranger within the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service. Rangers ensure that Queensland’s national parks, marine parks, state forests and reserves are protected, accessible and valued by all Queenslanders. The primary focus of this ranger role is to operate and maintain Departmental vessels and associated equipment as well as to assist in marine, island and coastal protected area management.

    This role supports the Ranger in Charge to lead and coordinate the operations of the Boodjamulla work base. The position supervises a small team to deliver key infrastructure and visitor and natural resource management programs including the day to day management of the Ranger base.
